Currently, there are two exclusive customer tiers offering different benefits:

As a verified customer, you will enjoy a 3% discount on all your future orders.
The only requirement is a registered customer account and at least one completed order*.

⭐ Loyal Customer
As a loyal customer, you benefit from a 4% discount on your orders, free shipping for orders over €500, and exclusive access to the Collector’s Club**.
The “Loyal Customer” status is awarded to our most loyal and long-standing customers as a token of special appreciation. There are no fixed requirements for this status.

As a verified or loyal customer, you receive an additional 2% discount when paying via prepayment.
