1) Why are pre-orders currently not available?
Since we’re still a relatively new shop, we currently receive very few or no products from the newest sets. As soon as this changes and we get regular deliveries, we’ll of course offer pre-orders!

2) Why is advance payment the only option for orders over €500?
Unfortunately, we’ve also been affected by so-called “chargeback scams” — where payments made via PayPal or Klarna are later reversed even though the goods have already been shipped. To protect ourselves, we’ve set a €500 limit for PayPal and Klarna payments. For orders over that amount, only advance payment is possible. We appreciate your understanding!

3) Do you sell single cards?
Yes, definitely! You can find our selection of single cards in our Cardmarket shop. Feel free to check it out!

4) Why can’t I redeem my discount code?
Most discount codes only work if you have a customer account and are logged in. Just log in before completing your order, and the code should work without any issues!

5) Can I pick up my order myself?
At the moment, we unfortunately don’t offer self-pickup — all orders are shipped conveniently to your address.

6) How long does shipping take?
Once your payment is received, we ship your order by the next business day at the latest. Shipping within Austria usually takes 2–3 business days. Delivery times for international orders may vary.

7) Do you offer B2B (Business to Business) services?
Not at the moment — we currently don’t have a B2B program. If that changes, we’ll let you know!

8) Can I trade in or sell my collection for new items?
Absolutely! We buy cards and also offer trade-in options. You can find more info [here].

9) Do you sell sealed products to open?
Yes, for sure! Booster displays & similar items that aren’t ideal for sealed collections are available in our Cardmarket shop.

10) Do I get discounts for larger orders?
Right now, it’s quite difficult to get new inventory, so we don’t offer discounts for larger orders.
However, as a loyal customer, you always get up to 5% off your entire order. More info can be found [here].
